The tuner in Wales told Mrs Jones either she would have to restore the piano or get another – it would no longer hold pitch and the playing action was poor.
Furthermore, it was her late husband’s family piano and on the piano among others stood a photo of her daughter’s wedding day and her playing this same piano. So much history, so many happy memories, they couldn’t get another.
Recommended to us, we visited, quoted, and collected the piano into our workshops and after 3 – 4 months it was returned home again… what a transformation – ‘It has never sounded or looked this good!’
Yet another satisfied customer and a family piano that will continue down the generations.
And the tuner has called us saying what a lovely job and how enjoyable now to tune.
